Can I wash my hands whilst wearing the wood and crystal rings?

A - It is always best to avoid water so No always remove to wash hands, we recommend you then pop it
into your pocket or handbag as many many rings have been left in airports hotels and restaurants!

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate way is to simply measure across the widest part of a ring that fits perfectly in
millimetres.  Or pop into a jeweller to be sized, they usually don’t mind)

How long does it take to receive the jewellery once ordered?

Usually 7 - 10 days to make and 5 days for shipping depending on distance from BALI

Is it possible to request a different crystal to what is available on list?

Yes if it can be sourced this is usually possible.

The shapes of the jewellery all look different in the photos, why is this?

Each and every piece is handmade so impossible to replicate exactly.  The crystals usually dictate the outcome, like sculptures they emerge beautifully.
